Do you trim roms or leave them untrimmed when you have enough space on your SD card?
Of course, if your SD is full, you're still free to answer.

I trim my gamecube ISOs using GCMutility and never had a bad ISO. I use WBFS tool to convert my wii ISOs and I do try to trim anything I don't need.

I seem to remember it being the one endorsed by the Dolphin emulator team way back when, and it has always worked. The interface is a little stupid though.
I made a thread about it on this forum once, and was recommended a program that breaks half the games and refuses to trim a quarter. And occasionally somehow made them larger.
