Hi guys I've posted about similar issues a while back. Mostly that I have Nintendont working, it sees my usb drive and the games stored on it and loads them perfectly fine.

However when trying to play any game using my official Wiimote (and either nunchuk or classic controller (both official also) all that happens is all four lights on Wiimote stay on constantly and nothing else, no buttons work etc. Therefore I cannot control any game :(

I have updated Nintendont to the latest version which came out on 5th Aug 2016.

Can somebody help me with this as I really do not know what to do anymore, I dont have a GC controller but my understanding is that the combinations I'm trying should work perfectly fine .. yet for me they just do not?

HELP lol

Check your settings. If you turn on one of the settings that forces the use of Gamecube controllers, the Wii remotes become disable (as in your case). Don't remember which one it is, but double check your Nintendont or USBLoader settings as it relates to controllers being used.

Thanks for the reply.
In Nintendont settings (I only use it from home brew menu) the only controller related options I see are max pads (set at 4) and native controls (set at on).

Have just tried turning off native control and max pads to 0 doesn't seem to make any difference the fault is still there ... Any other ideas? Cheers

There is a support topic for Nintendont already.

Native controls is only for what it sounds like: actual Gamecube controllers connected to a Wii that has the ports. If you turn it on no Bluetooth or USB controllers will work. MaxPads tells the loader how many controllers it should support so setting it to 0 means "none." :)

Leave native off and maxpads at 4. The lights are all coming on because the loader is assigning the controller to port 4. Make sure you don't have any other controllers connected.

Cheers for the reply greywolf, that is what I am doing ... I'm using this on an original Wii (accessing Nintendont via my homebrew browser) and all I want to do is use my official classic controller (connected via my official Wiimote) but it just does not seem to allow any control from the Wiimote or classic controller hence I'm feeling pretty stumped with this.

Any other suggestions welcome
