Can someone tell me where my character's gender offset is i would really appreciate it.

Character offsets are here. If you're trying to change MU's gender, don't. M!MU and F!MU are considered separate units in the game. Change the gender of whomever they're marrying instead.

Yep. If you need someone not on the list, you can message UnassumingVenusaur and ask her to find their offset.

Hi! I'm probably the 10th millionth person who asks this but... I seriously cannot find my answers through search, google or other ways!
But I want to achieve a couple of things and I hope someone can help me with a guide or something.

I have the Gay Fates hack running and it's amazing so far.

I would like to add some more Amiibo interactions, like they already exist for Lucina at the moment, but. Where can I actually change this? Where can I make these changes?
Currently Lucina feels at place in the game (besides referencing Elise a lot... but ok.) - But Marth, Robin and Ike just stand there most of the time. I would like to add: Death Quotes, Item find Quotes, Level Up Quotes.

Also I would like to be able to change Marth's, Lucina's, Robin's, Ike's (and certain Boss characters) personal skills. While I can find some info about it... I'm stuck trying to find them in my GameData.bin.lz
And heck, I don't even find if i'm actually in the right place to change this.

Hopefully some of you guys or even the creator of this amazing hack is willing to help me out!

But I SERIOUSLY can't find anywhere how to actually do it.... I really hope someone can help me out with this. I've been going through so many pages around GBAtemp/Serene etc. I just can't find my answers.

Dunno about personal skills, but all the quotes and such should be in the m folder. That's where all the game's text files are located, as far as I can tell. You'll need FEAT to decompress the files for editing and then recompress so you can use it in the game. The relevant files have names in kanji, so might want to have Google Translate open in a tab. Now, I haven't edited these files myself so I could be wrong, but it seems that to add quotes for the amiibo characters all you need is to copy the relevant label thing and replace the pre-existing katakana with the one of the character you want.

Just replace the name. MARTH for Marth, IKE for Ike. If it doesn't work, try changing the number. They do have some voiced lines, because those pop up in their battles in the same format. If nothing else, you could comb through the dialogue for said battles to get the codes.

Those "tags" are the file names used for the game's sound files. If you attempt to call a sound file and nothing exists, the you simply won't hear anything at all. In order to get the sound you want, you'll need to find the file names used for Ike and Marth. I don't think that anyone's posted a list of file names for sounds unfortunately, but you can find the name using a hex editor. If you go into the sound folder of the romfs and open IRON15_sound.bcsar, you can find everything sound related for Fates. To look for the sound you want, hit ctrl + f (might vary by hex editor) and search for the character name you want in all caps. If a sound file for that character exists, the hex editor will navigate to the file name so that you can see the full name.

Alright thanks, this is actually info I can use! I was able to add in most Map / MyCastle conversations for all 3 of them. ( Some I had to come up with myself, haha.)

Now they feel like real characters!

Any ideas on how to achieve the personal skill?

They don't exist

They need to go in the folder corresponding to the language you're playing in. U if you're playing in English, but I'm not sure which other is which language. I guess you could do all of them though just to be sure

The patch is still a work in progress, and there are many supports that have been written but aren't in the latest available version, but I'm not sure how many the older guys have written for them.

Only MCorrin x FCorrin is possible, two FCorrins are treated by the game as the same character and have a good chance of having the last in order deleted when you save and reload, on top of not being able to support each other.

Okay, I tried again and it won't work. HANS is the problem, it doesn't even launch the normal Fates Birthright. I got an EUR Digital Copy of it. Does I need an.. Add-On (?) for HANS to launch Digital Copys?
