Hacking Eshop does not allow me to download a download code

The CIA had tried Monster Hunter Generations EU, now I play in a competition and says the eShop already have "downloaded the program and does not need code, download it again?" not leave linked to my account, delete the cia from the program manager. Let's see if anyone can help me, thanks

Open eShop -> Menu -> Settings/Other -> Redownloadable Software
Is it there? If so, just tap Redownload.

the cia is not on my list of the eShop and want to register the code for the original have it, I think I have to delete your ticket before? but not the id or how to do it ...

Yes you have to delete the ticket. Otherwise the eshop will think you already bought the game but it will fail to validate at the end of the download.
You can only redownload if you used a valid ticket.

Don't worry, at least you're trying. I've seen some English native speaker here making less sense than you...

I don't have FBI with me right now but you should be able to find the title id for the game in the title section. Then you'll have to find that title id in the tickets section, select the ticket, press A and then choose delete the ticket.
Be very careful to delete the right ticket.
