Well, I'll be honest with you - it's not exactly convenient. However, it
is doable. It's just going to require some creativity, patience, and resourcefulness on your part.
My setup is a Macbook Pro, w/ El Capitan and Windows 10 via Parallels. If you're unfamiliar with Parallels, it basically runs Windows at the same time as OSX, so you can open Windows only apps and programs along side your OSX programs.

Mind you, you'll have to buy Parallels AND a copy of Windows. It'll set you back ~$200, unless you find some other way to obtain those programs.
Alternatives include running a virtual machine via any number of programs that do that (Google it if you're interested in taking this route).
