My 3DS has been sitting on my dresser for months so nothing has changed until now. It worked the last time I used it as well.

When it starts normally an update message would appear. Now it does not, the A button does not select things, and nothing will open and if I try it crashes the system. This is similar behavior for when my sysnand is starting up and the update message hasn't popped up yet leaving me to believe it is something to do with the prevention of that prompt.

My other sd cards with clones of the same exact emunand work fine.

How do I fix this?

use the other sd card that works? do that and downgrade your emunand to 9.2 and flash it to your sysnand. that should fix the crashing problems

what is your setup? A9LH? LUMA? any modifications? that kinda thing

CTRBootManager -> RxTools -> Emunand and I'm not sure of the version and cant get into settings to check

That seems a bit extreme. Why would I flash my sysnand when the same exact setup works fine on other cards? I would sooner reinject my emunand than flash over my sysnand.

The reasoning for all of this is I am trying to save the card and figure out exactly what happened while hoping it is not corruption.

Yeah, I noticed that, dont really know which one yet. Though I am hesitant to leave something that is working for something I know nothing about.

Use luma man, it's a great cfw with loads of features. For nand tools and the like look into emunand9.
