Hacking How to you transfer nnidsave.bin and eshop content to region-changed n3DS?

How to you transfer nnidsave.bin, eshop content, saves, extdata to region-changed n3DS? I remember there was a post about transferring movable.sed, LocalFriendCodeSeed_B, friendsave.bin, SecureInfo_A, but I can't find that post with google anymore...

Honestly, just use CIAngel to create tickets for your previously installed games. I dont think there is a way to move those files from one 3DS to one of a changed region.

I already transferred over tickets to my n3DS, also my movable.sed and SD card contents.
I also want my streetpass data/friends/nnid/miiverse/eshop to transfer.
