Here is the thing, I have absolutely no idea which version was working for me. I tried several releases after beta 0.2 with no success. Maybe the early builds adding the USB GC controller can work. Would you happen to know which was the very first nightly build proposing this ?

I am ready to try a few nightly build but I don't know where to start.

The only sure thing is that the wavebird worked fine before the update, as well as the regular controller. Now the wavebird is not working.

as i look at https://github.com/dimok789/loadiine_gx2/commits/master?page=2
i think it could be one from the 27th of april you see changes on hid support
and on 28th of april changes in controller_patcher (which is the source file for hid-to-vpad)

could you please try http://www.share-online.biz/dl/QZ9DPI8OPHA -> this ia a debug version with some more output

and generate a logfile when connecting the controller in loadiine and pressing a button or moving a stick ?

for each movement there will be some lines -> would be good if you could differ which lines come from which button/ direction movement

maybe if you do the steps above with the debug build and deliver the needed data maybe someone finds some time

we need the log when attaching the controller especially the lines with
vid xxxx
pid xxxx

and then the difference in the lines with HID: and about the 10 Bytes when pressing a button or moving a stick to a direction

we need for each button maybe the info pressing left is maybe byte 5 changes from 0x00 to 0x10 or like this
(for analog sticks we need byte position and range of values for the direction, most 00-7f, or 81-FF, 0x80 is in the middle untouched most times)

at the moment i dont know if i have to build a second debug version when you deliver the vid and pid -> tell me if you get the HID: + some Bytes lines

It can't. The Xbox controllers use a fancy weird technology that requires drivers that need Windows and an expensive adapter.

are u sure?whats about xbox360 wired controler?
using the xbox one controller with wire on it dosent change anything?
i think the PS4 is like xbox one controller too

it's the same thing, still need to go through windows in order to even make the damn thing light on
using a wired controller as opposed to wireless won't change anything

Suggestions I have would be
1. Launch homebrew Launcher after running this automatically.

2. Option to emulate Wii U Pro controller so Player 1 can use gamepad, and player 2 can use external controller.

you people can "kind off" see what binding input through USB to the gamepadfunctions means for the system and how stupid asking for multiplayer support is, then...

You could just ignore it instead of venting your frustrations. I already edited it because I figured out how it worked before you replied anyway.

If i ignored this kind of stuff, the question would have been asked 100 times instead and the bumping would be, let's just say quite repetetive.
If you would prefer no answer and asking it again in an hour because you feel ignored, fine, i will do that the next time.
But kudos on figuring it out after asking.
I mean to be fair, it takes 4 lines of reading the OP, which is actually more then a lot of people read besides the title and the shiny blue words that redirect to downloads.
This ain't a matter of frustration, just of prevention, i am quite calm.
