Does anyone else think it ironic that there's a banner ad for the official Nintendo UK store on this very thread?
I cant see it, I'm in Portugal :P.
But it is ironic indeed ;)

to bad for anyone who didn't yet activeted there humble bundle friends of nintendo code for that game
I bet Nintendo had to wait till the bundle ended before pulling it.

Apparently Humble Bundle codes still work even though they pulled it from the eshop. While I can't confirm that, I can confirm that ciangel or dtk work just fine to download it.

But for some reason PSMD remains unpatched
Nintendo never pulls their own apps down. Always 3rd party.

The only exception I can think of is youtube.
Too big to piss off I guess. Wouldn't want Google taking their time pulling down infringing Lets Play videos. :P

isn't it also a secondary entrypoint? so the only people that can use it for hax is the ones that already have hax in some other shape or form... why even bother pulling it lol

Nintendo is going about this all wrong. Trying to patch one vulnerability at a time will be completely ineffective as there are so many others we can use to circumvent whatever was patched in the update. Nintendo's only hope if they really want to block homebrew, downgrading, CFW etc is to patch all of the known vulnerabilities and entrypoints in a single update. And even then I don't think it would be very effective thanks to A9LH which is, as far as I can tell, pretty much bulletproof.
