New 3DS? Sorry, yes, 20000002 is the correct one.
title/00040138/20000002/content/cmd/ <--- has one file: 00000003.cmd no .app file...
delete the 00000003.cmd file?

0000001f.app and 00000002.CMD in the cmd folder. See if it boots now.

Ahhh sorry, not delete file in cmd folder. just in the content folder. Got it...

No. If you do not have a 0000002.cmd, don't delete anything else. Try starting with deleting just the 0000001f.app file. When you restart, make sure you have Autoboot sysNAND selected in your config file to ensure it's not trying to boot emuNAND.

Ok will try and delete the 00000002.tmd and 00000001f.app file from content folder and reboot.

Deleted the files. Still blank screen. No change.

Not the 00000002.tmd file, that one stays. You should have a 00000001.tmd and a 0000001f.app, those are the two to delete for now.

Alright, let's try this. Check your PMs, I'm going to send you something.

damn sometimes a9lh is scary jaja
Considering I'm in his boat - I don't have a copy of a clean 9.2 firmware, I think I'd fiddle a bit with making an 9.2 emunand, and then saving that to every cloud computing device I have.

Hah, funny, here I am using Big Blue menu to install like 30 or so games to my sister's n3DS I just otped! I had put all the backups except the newest one into my trash can, due to figuring I'd never need such an old back up. Welp, I took it out of my trash can! :P

i agree, i mean we do not even have to install anything weird to come across some hassly issues like this poor guy, i mean he has even got good mSD's.
plus i doubt he had the cia installed on his NAND considering he used BBM/DevMenu? afaik. only fbi installs directly onto NAND if you press L or so..

anyway , it sure is scary because i also use BBM most. (maybe i should stick to use SOON cia installer only)

thanks mate, is it safe to use etc.? does it have any kind of interface ? i found the original fbi to be very sloppy.
thus i always sticked to BBM ,but considering BBM/DevMenu might cause issues, i would make a switch to use fbi gui? as an alternative.

FBI 2.x was completely rewritten. Instead of picking destinations with L or R it gives you options like "Install CIA to NAND", "Install CIA to SD", etc.

This is like a new era in CIA installing! :P But seriously, just try it! ;) It has a different title ID so you can keep the old FBI while trying this new one out.
