Hacking WII U Development Console Cat-R and Cat Dev For Sale!?

I was just browsing, and i found that in the "Unnamed Site", someone is selling a "WII U Development Console Cat-R and Cat Dev" I'm not quite sure what can be accomplished with this, or if anyone is interested.
Here are some of the photos that are on the listing, looks pretty sweet actually.

Tough illegal, would this be useful on the creation or research of new homebrew?

awwww man, this could be good for me since I am always rambling on about my enthusiasm to properly develop for a console like this!

However, something definitely feels shady about it. I ain't taking any risks, even if it is a proper devkit for sale!

Same, i also remember when someone was selling on ebay a Project Durango from Microsoft, and now this. still 500 is not that much, as voxel studio said, its kinda shady, unless they are that cheap.

Nah, devkits can run at least $1000 if not more from what I've heard.

If its what I think it was it wasn't an official dev kit(pic wasn't loading for me). It was one someone made from stuff they stole from Ms. They ended up going to jail as they messed with the wrong people. I will see if I can find the info, its fairly amusing how people with so much knowledge could be so dumb
