Ingredients
1 1/2 cup flour
2 tbsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
2 eggs
1 cup milk
2 tsp vanilla extract

Mix flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar together. When fully mixed together; add in milk and eggs. Mix until well blended. Take a griddle, put it on medium heat and put in a small scoop of your mixture. In 1 minute flip. Leave for a minute. Repeat process on griddle until out of mixture.

There, you have your water!
