Not sure if this is the right place to post, but... (sorry)
I'm going to downgrade my 2DS. I'm following a tutorial on youtube and the guy says I have to format my SD card through the 3DS. The thing is... I have 2 games that I bought over the eShop and one other Mario game that I got for free from the eShop aswell... I have some demos too. So... if I format the memory through the console settings will I lose the games?

You can only access online services when you set up your emunand and is on the latest version you have o use internet through there

When the guide says, move NAND.bin to the pc, does it mean, remove it from the SD card? I can't link the guide, but I'm currently creating and emuNAND

Actually when I did my downgrade from 10.3 to 9.2 I immediately backed up my sd as well as made a 9.2 nand.bin backup using emunand9. Once I had that I followed the guide and formatted pretty much everything when it said I should in the guide. Once I was done setting up my arm9lh I restored my 9.2 backup and everything was back.

TL;DR downgrade with formatting anything and make sure you backup your sysnand and sd immediately. Save these on your pc and you would be able to return to your previous state

Thanks, already downgraded, thanks!

Yeah you dont need it on your sd card after you back up so rename the file appropriately and keep it somewhere safe on your pc

I have a question. I'm trying to boot RXTools from CTRBootManager, but it says Failed to load Native_Firm 4. Reboot rxTools and try again. Am I missing a file here?

The download may have been incomplete, find the downgrade checking tool to see if your native firm downgraded

Do I just put the files in the 3ds folder?

Can I delete folders to get just the files I had after I downgraded?
I haven't downloaded it but assuming it's a folder with a *file*.3dsx in it yes that folder goes in the 3ds folder. I don't understand your second question, what folders and files.
