The only goal of devs at this point is to keep the Click bait traffic up on their sites and to keep hyping this shit to raise their own profiles and bolster their own cred. Releasing something just means people install then stop visiting following them. It's not in their interest.

So just be honest about it now, it wont ever come out. It's bullshit hype and it's not released, wont be released and it's callous to get peoples hopes up.
Everyone knows development takes time, what they don't know is atleast 3-5 exploits for 5.5.0/1 have been done, fully developed and willfully sat on and will continue to be sat on.
