Unplug your router , go to your Wii U settings and remove any wi-fi or wired connection , keep your wii u offline.

Tubehax dns is active if you can't connect your wii u to eShop. The nag of failed update only appears after about 3 days of no internet connection (the wii u check for an update every 3 days...)

I never understood why they would release it only if its patched, i mean if they release it they will patch it, so why dont?
