Everytime I change my theme to a custom theme via the theme manager in homebrew menu, it messes up menuhax. Not allowing me to boot into CtrBootManager.

Does anyone have any idea how I can set a custom theme without it doing that?

Okay so using the theme installer on Menuhax works. But it only installed the theme to the SysNAND. Is that normal?

SysNand or EmuNand? (im assuming SysNand)

Make sure you're using the latest version of CHMM2
Sorry meant to quote you in that post.

How would I use the menuhax theme installer to install on EmuNAND...? o.o
The answer: you dont. for EmuNand, just use the CHMM2.cia file to put Custom themes there
and for SysNand, either use the .3dsx version of CHMM2 (latest version, no theme shuffle [which isnt possible with menuhax installed :P])

Annnd you typed faster than me XD
Use the Menuhax theme installer for sysNAND, and CHMM2 for emuNAND.

Your sysNAND and emuNAND are still linked that's why your having issues with themes (menuhax)

Use tinyformat in sysNAND then install menuhax again.

Now changing your theme in emuNAND won't affect menuhax

you need to mention that this method will unlink the emunand and format sysnand which make you won't be able to play legit eshop game directly from sysnand though (some people still want to play games they downloaded to sysnand directly from sysnand)
