Hey guys,

I've been lurking, but haven't kept up with everything.

I've just been wondering two things:

1 - I noticed Gateway allows you to add cheats. However, I cannot seem to locate any cheat databases. Moreover, I noticed all this information about NTR, and I'm not sure how that relates to gateway. Can any o fyou guys just explain NTR and any cheat databases for Gateway games like Fire Emblem and the like?

2 - I noticed something about reinand or something. Now forgive me if I misunderstood, but is this a way to actually get emuNAND without a flash cart? Reading the links has been unhelpful (a lot of jargon sometimes makes it hard to understand).

About the second question: reinand is one of the many custom firmwares which allow you to use an emunand without a flashcard, as long as your sysnand is on 9.2 or below.

2) You can get emuNAND without a flashcard using any of the free CFWs, including ReiNand, AuReiNand, Cakes and rxTools ^^

About the second question: reinand is one of the many custom firmwares which allow you to use an emunand without a flashcard, as long as your sysnand is on 9.2 or below.

That is really awesome, saves me from having to buy a 3rd gateway. I'm sure there's a link around here somewhere, but if you got some noob guide lying around that would be aweesome!

Also, I have never even heard of the other 3, just ReiNand. What I'm trying to do is play with my brothers using all 3 of our 3DS that new Zelda game. However, we only have two gateway cards. So if I can get him on his enuNAND without a gateway, we can get all 3 of us playing!

to install rxtools. I'm on O3DS though, this might not be of much help on N3DS. Also, for clarification, you need to be on 9.2 or below. (you can downgrade if you are on 10.3 or below)

That guide looks great! My brother has an O3DS thats been hacked with gateway. I just need to get him onto his emuNAND without using gateway, and this hopefully will do it. We're trying to do 3-way coop with just 2 gateway cards.

You can use CFW in N3DS too without much complication:

why not just install cfw on all three of them . . . having a gateway card can even make the cfw install easier

also some cfw's like rxtools have features gateway does not
