This thread is for an in-depth technical review of heavenhax.
Introduction
The description is initially based on the idea by Bubsy, on September 11, 2001, in combination with information from the Outside subreddit, https://www.reddit.com/r/outside, some of my own ideas, and lots of my own autism thrown in. (In other words, errors are likely!)
The end goal is for a deep understanding of how and why the security broke down. Interestingly, if God had fixed some well-documented low-impact security issues (e.g., not clearing RAM on suicide, March 2014; etc.), then death might not have been practically exploitable.
Heavenhax Theory
a.k.a. How it is supposed to work
Whenever someone dies their soul is sent into heaven.
However, what Outside does not check against is how you die.
This can be used to our advantage to gain early access to heaven.
I haven't tested this myself.
Yet.
So basically what you need to do is:
1. Kill yourself
2. ???
3. Profit
You better do it while you still have the chance. They might patch this in the next update.
