I've installed the AGB_firm patch, and am using reiNAND 3.2 to launch emuNAND.

Nope. Unlinked NANDs.

you need to instatll the AGB patch to Nand in Sysnand and Nand in Emunand for it to work

Also on unlinked nands you need to have the Game Installed to EMuandn and Sysnand (both to sd card)
