so eshop was not working so i formated and backed up my emunand and its now 9.2 and all my games are missing

you have your answer.

If you installed .cia games then rerun installation via FBI. When it will ask "overwrite?" choose no and FBI will add game to homemenu

iam restoring it right i clicked inject nand to emunand

? You don't inject nand to emunand.

You make backup of nand
then you make new emunand (not inject)
Then you backup emunand
and then if something goes wrong you inject emunand backup to emunand.

You do if you made a dump of it.

don't understand it.

Doesn't that mean that you inject nand that will share system files and games with actual nand (like in case of linked nand and emunand) ? You would have to again format your sysnand

If you make a dump of EmuNAND, you can inject it back into the partition for it.

I'm pretty sure the "Inject NAND to emuNAND" option copies the actual sysNAND to emuNAND, which is not what you want. You'll need emunand.bin on your SD card and the option should say "Clone file to emuNAND" (if you are using emuNAND9)
