Which DAT line is it? If you aren't using the others I believe you have to use DAT0. Not DAT1 etc.
It's dat0...

I tried to take the multimeter and put the negative pole on GND and the positive one on everyother pin and I always find a voltage. And I get the same values on sdcard pins, so the wire from 3ds to sd is fine... But like I said, it doesn't work. Also, during tests I got a random "An error occured... Hold power button" screen. But when I rebooted everything was fine...

Ok I did the hardmod with 1 dat wire only. The hardmod doesn't work, the blue screen doesn't show up... I have a multimeter, can I use it to check if the mod is fine or if I have to resolder?
Did you use dat0?
You can use a multimeter to check, you can also just visually check your points. How long are your wires? What did you use as a Gnd point?

Yeah I used dat0. As gnd point I used the one shown in the first page (n3ds xl)... Maybe wires are a little bit long, about 15cm each... The multimeter gives me a value for every point (dat0, cmd and clk), although clk has really really low voltage...

redo clk then. voltage really matters and it being low will probably mess up any kind of communication with the NAND.

I'm trying to hardmod my regular N3DS and I've got all of the points done and ready and they're fine. Also, when I plug in the card reader, I get the blue screen as expected. However, when I plug it in to the computer, Disk Management says Removable F: No Media and the disk doesn't show up in Win32DiskImager. Did I do something wrong? Am I not using a proper card reader?

Thanks!

I resoldered everything, still no blue screen :(

EDIT: You may ask why there are some old white wires glued to the board... Well... They're glued to the board xD

EDIT2: Also, the black color around the orange wire soldering is not a burnt board, is the burnt glue... Yeah, I've had some problems with the glue xD

the blue screen won't show if you don't plug the sd card adapter to a usb card reader before powering on the n3ds
did you try to power your n3ds without the adapter , does it still work correctly?

Ok I connected it to the PC and...

But I wasn't able to read it (the pc said "Insert disk in F:" where F is the usb adapter letter. So I turned off the 3ds, turned it on again and I got a blackscreen, no bluescreen, no home menu. I turned off and on again and this time it just booted the home menu, even if it was still connected to the adapter :/

But shouldn't it show a bluescreen, even if the card reader is not compatible

EDIT: As you can see it's connected but not in blue screen

well , the blue screen is there , what do you want to see more?
aaah , if you mean the top screen , then the N3ds doesn't show anything on top screen
also when you get that screen , you can unplug the sd card adapter , then plug it again(if asks you to format , don't agree , you will erase your nand XD )

did you connect it before powering on your 3ds?
and i mean connect it tto the usb card reader (while this one isn't connected to pc)
meaning : connect the 3ds to the card reader(xhile off) --> power on 3ds (blue screen) --> connect the card reader to pc
