Hey, apparently there's a 3ds bundle coming out with Pokémon Red and Blue pre-installed.
More legit cias I guess

but only for Japan, I haven't see one for America or Europe...

I tried installing Pokemon Y but it failed every time. There's enough space on the card, so I'm not sure what the problem is. I'd be interested to see if anybody else has this issue.

N3DS, latest firmware, menuhax.

Not made with tthis tool but FBI that not that much peoples can run saddly.
It would be possible with this soft Once we can do NAND installation.
That why I suggest like in original post to NEVER Ever delete ANY NAND titles with this soft Yet.

I think it's because it has been patched on NATIV_FIRM too... so, maybe that must be downgraded...?

But it's too risky to try without a NAND Backup xDD I'll repair one 2DS with NAND mode to try and I'll comment after xDD

It's possible, but I got it from the same place I got all my other Legit CIAs and they work just fine.

Well I will be honnest I miss read and also never trust till it is really released you know they could swap it they still have time and even more when you know we could dump and install it on almost Any 3DS ^^
This could ruin a nice part of their bundle market ^^

because people would buy these consoles only for the preinstalled game from 20 years ago...

nope, its the unupdated version. meaning you wouldn't be able to get the update at all, unless there's away to spoof into the eur shop from out of region.
isn't there a legit smash us?

Unfortunately no. Oh well, still EXTREMELY useful for native U.S backups!!!
