Try to turn on (or off) Wifi while you're in the Homebrew LauncherOkay so FBI always booted for me, but NASA always gives me black screen :\
o3DS 10.3.0-28U ShuffleHax 2.1
Same issue...Try to turn on (or off) Wifi while you're in the Homebrew Launcher
Correct. I just installed Pokemon X, Animal Crossing, and EUR Smash. Can you install them one by one without exiting NASA?
Can we delete the cias on nasa once they're installed?
As stated in the OP, the app automatically boots in "uninstall" mode where you can uninstall aspects of the file system, such as installed games. However, I am pretty sure you can delete them as regular games as well. Can we delete the cias on nasa once they're installed?
Work perfectly for me
I did tried with Mario 3D land & NSMB SE legit cia both
on a Euro old 3ds in version 10.3
The strange part it's that it required my wifi to be On
Same issue...
Edit:
WORKED! Wifi must be TURNED ON AFTER you open HB. So, HB, Wifi Off, Reboot, HB, Wifi On, NASA.
My WIFI is ALWAYS on, that's not the case, you have to turn it off first then turn it on.Was said in first page

Well, FBI works 99.9% of the time for me, but it fails to install CIAs. NASA works 0.1% of the times but always installs CIAs.Strongly doubt this is the case for most people, although I am glad you discerned a method that works out for you! Fact of the matter is that NASA utilizes a relatively unstable exploit, thereby giving different systems different results. Definitely a prodigious improvement over the seemingly 0.1 percent chance of FBI working, but I digress.
Thats normal, just reboot the 3DS and the games should be waiting in the homescreen.
Thank you ^^ ill try this~sounds like a title.db issue to me. i know there's a way to fix this. go through the recent downgrade tutorials and search for ".db" or "db." you'll probably find it somewhere
--------------------- MERGED ---------------------------
you may or may not use an old verion of rxtools too.
i think signature patching was only included somewhere around 2.5? if you dont already (in which case i stand by my titles.db explanation), try rxtools2.6
That's because it doesn't work those 99.9% of the time... Just because it opens the file manager doesn't mean the exploit was launched successfully.Well, FBI works 99.9% of the time for me, but it fails to install CIAs. NASA works 0.1% of the times but always installs CIAs.
