i have a n3ds on 9.9, yesterday I use browserhax in order to install themehax.

Today I find out that ironhax is released.

So the question is...
Which one is the best hack?????

ironhax can survive firmware updates (as long as you install a new payload before updating) and allows the use of theme shuffling.

menuhax works at boot and works with a single custom theme, but lets you use it as soon as you turn on the console.

menuhax now use shufflehax that makes that you MUST select more than one custom theme cause the theme shuffle vuln.

But in order to use it I have to update to the latest, and recently someone post that we don't have to update

Yes. Don't update till a developer gives green light that 10.2+ will be supported in the downgrade method or you risk missing out and wait longer to have your N3DS exploitable.

Since your N3DS is on 9.9 this whole, you don't have any problem with Homebrew Launcher to begin with.
