Gaming Did Pokemon Battle Frontier become DLC Yet?

i havent played ORAS is awhile but i remember it said coming soon.... Did it get released yet?

It's never coming, it was never planned to come. I think it was Junichi Masuda himself that said they didn't implement Battle Frontier because they think the majority of the Pokemon game playing demographic, wouldn't like the challenge or something along those lines. It sucks, there should be some official study on who plays the Pokemon games. Without a doubt, I know who plays them the longest. And it's not kids under 12.

Do we want plot continuity messed up worse than it already is? I think it's been established by now that Battle Frontier does not exist in the setting of Ruby and Sapphire.

"Probably" was the operative word. Between new Zygarde formes, Volcanion, and the tradition of a 3rd game in every generation except 5, remake games not included, I think a new main series game will come in 2016. Do I know for sure? No. I would be surprised if I was wrong.

Black 2/White 2 were technically the third game.

i am still wondering what the third game could be called, also as for main stream pokemon games i'm hoping that nintendo doesn't troll us all and say that pokemon go is it. that would be horrible on their parts.

My fanboy dream would be Pokemon Z and Delta Emerald. They may call it Pokemon XY&Z or XYZ, as the anime got the "XY&Z" upgrade in Japan recently.
