ROM Hack Is there a cheat engine like plug-in where you can browse the ram and edit it live?

I remember back in the days when the psp use to have this plug-in(cw cheat, NitePR, Cheat master etc). I was wondering if there is anything out there where we can edit ram live, and save codes and stuf?

Like the above said, NTR debugger can do that. And beyond that, we have cheat plugins for use with NTR Custom Firmware for individual games
