This is not true.
Not only the Gateway menu, but
- MT-card menu
- 3DS Multi emuNAND Creator
- or even manually make it with a hex editor
can do it.

I have o3dsxl (sysnand 5.x, emunand 10.2). I have been using 3.0 nigthly from roxas75 github (83afbb6) and botting using DS profile exploit, but the boot success rate is rather low. How can I improve it? I'm scared to try to update my sysnand to 9.2 are there any other options?

You had better run MSET 6.X on SysNAND 6.X but not 5.X since CakeHax doesn't provide any MSET 5.X support.
Use a cartridge (like Pokemon X/Y) to upgrade your console to SysNAND 6.2.

Why do you even need a hex editor? I can straight up use a sysnand dump, inject it into emunand with emunandtool, and it works just fine...

If you don't have an emuNAND partition on the SD card, you must create it with one of those methods.

Hello, has anyone been able to run Codename: STEAM on rxTools, with the games patch installed? I have N3DS AUS 9.0, rxTools Oct 27th 9.5 Emunand, and NTR 3.0 plugin. I have tried everything to get it to run, but it gets stuck in infinite loading screen. I've tried NTR language plugin to force language, doesn't work. I've tried both a USA and EUR cia, and USA and EUR patch. If I don't have a patch installed, the game works fine, soon as I install a patch, infinite loading screen. The patched game runs just fine if I use Gateway emunand, only fails on rxMode.

The patch probably requires firm>9.5. You have to install modified patch that supports 9.5. (It is floating around the web..)
Chinese have little attention to copyright, so you can easily find them in Chinese web (modified patch for 9.5 in chinese is 9.5 用修正补丁)

so i am here at the moment, O3DS sysNAND 6.X Originally downgraded to 4.2 with the software of GW.
Then update with a tutorial of pasta to update to sysNAND 9.2.0-20U.
Later i install browserhax - themehax - coldboot for rxtools with CTRBootManager.
now i can boot into rxtools with L on the 3DS Boot.

If that the case (you don;t need anything from your REDNAND and want to start anew), copy all the files folder on your SD card to your PC. Then download Gateway Ultra 3.4.1-> put the launcher from that zip onto root of SD-> on 3DS go to browser and go to go.gateway-3ds.com-> Format EMUNAD (don't interrupt or you brick the 3DS)->when done, copy back your files and folder from PConto SD (reinstall themehax if need)

Delete the folder /rxtools on your SD card. Copy the /rxtools folder from the new version you downloaded into your SD card. Extract the cdn_firm.py file from the one you downloaded (in the /tools folder) and run it (you need python 2.7 installed). copy the /firm folder that the .py created into SD:/rxtools. Also, if you have a file rxtools.dat on your SD, delete it.

Ensure you're using the latest stuff as well. Themehax should be upgraded to menuhax 2.0. ctrbootmanager should be version b08 or b09.

i just resolved the problem changing the build.

Anyone else get an error when trying to look at stuff in Eshop? It happens to me when I click on pretty much anything as if I want to download. I can't even redownload titles I already downloaded or free apps like youtube. I'm on N3DS with 9.5 emunand using FMP.
