Hacking Have N3ds 9.0, gw,cubic ninja- easiest way to get rxtools ?

I have GW installed and use it currently but i would like to get rxtools
I own cubic ninja too
I may sell GW and cn soon

Is there an easy way to install rxtools if i have all of these things ?
Also i heard you can get cfw without CN or GW is that true ?
