Do all the camera-based icons seem a bit confusing to anybody else? It seems weird to have an icon of a camera on a console with no less than three cameras on it (!) for an application which doesn't have anything to do with cameras. I get that "screenshot" is a fairly abstract concept to represent, but I don't know if cameras are the best solution here.

EDIT: Although I guess Nintendo's solution went with cameras, too. The Home Menu screenshot indicator is a camera overlaid on a screen.

EDIT2: I have no artistic ability whatsoever, but I'd be interested to see some icons in the style of Nintendo's version. Something like this except drawn with talent:

For reference, the camera is the same color as the "3" in "3DS" and the screen border is the not-quite-black of the "DS" in "3DS".

How about having a link or mario in the frame?

If you wanna help, then just post your icon designs on here or on twitter, smea will eventually notice them. other that that , I just have to say that I do arts and every single person I know that consider themselfs as "amazing artists" turn out to be shit
