You should resize those screenshots, they are huge. And fuzzy.
Anyways, included in this post is a download link to the first 151 pokemon formatted with the lua files you need, each pokemon has two images. It's original size and the formatted 150x150 you asked for. I included the original images because some look bad in 150x150 so you may need to manually tweak them.
Show me those first 151 being used in a prototype version and I will give you the full 721.

Also a change I made, you said you wanted

Well I couldn't find width but I found height, so I used that instead.
But. A caveat, Height is listed as #'#", but you wanted the string wrapped in quotes. So you'll need to escape that quote mark.
