ROM Hack can I add soft subtitles over 3ds games cutscenes?

As the title implies, I was wondering if i can overlay subtitles over cutscenes. Seeing how moflex editing is at a standstill...

we're still not able to edit moflex-files :/
Probably we could "try" to edit the code.bin to add soft-subtitles to the Cutscenes like Fire Emblem If is doing this.
It seems that the Translation Team of FE:If was able to edit the subtitles because soft-subtitles are implemented in code.
