Strangely my BlargSNES decided to run Link to the Past
Sometimes has graphical glitches but just when the screen goes out and in. Black turns green. No big deal tho

I ask because version 1.2 is known to be working with A Link To The Past, while version 1.3 does not.
I dont have my 3DS ATM. I know it doesnt work on my 2DS with latest ver.

--------------------- MERGED ---------------------------

It just started running 1 day.

Looks like pre-1.2, because in 1.3, the version number is displayed on the bottom screen before the website.

Anyways, you'll get to play it until a certain point.
I beat the game on BlargSNES. :3 You call that a pont? It did freeze at "THE END" in the credits tho

Why bother?

Game runs flawlessly full speed 60fps with no framedrops or glitches whatsoever in retroarch CatSFC on a N3DS.

Huh, I thought there was a problem when you used the Pegasus Boots.

I personally haven't played that far into the game on blargSNES, mind you.

Not all of us have an N3DS, and don't feel like making the jump just for homebrew. I personally use a 9.2 o3DS with 10.1.0 emuNAND.

We o3ds users are still alive, for now blargsnes is the only one that run games at full speed and not all games run unfortunately.
Waiting for catsfc or other snes emulator running many games at full if not playable speed.

More like "near pefrect fps, but sometimes just adequate". I've been playing Super Metroid on blargSNES 1.2 and it runs fine except for parts where there's an all encompassing screen effect/filter (I.E the water level parts). Even then that only slightly inconveniences the emu. It also has a graphical problem with the X-Ray scope making it pretty much impossible to read the left side of the screen.

Link to the Past works fine, although I haven't played enough of it to see if it's truly playable from start to finish.

The X-Ray problem is due to incorrect processing of SNES windowing, which was fixed in v1.3.

Well that's good to know.

While we're on the subject of blargSNES 1.2 (This'll be a little off-topic but bear with me) I was just playing Super Metroid and it upped and crashed on me. Basically the foreground of Maridia disappeared and you can't move but the music is still playing.
