Is there any chance of releasing the pyGecko.html file that works with Super Mario 3D World as well? I wanted to edit and cheat code the game. I have tried gecko but it just wont connect with sm3dworld I presume because its not compatible with it?

It works with every known game, the one that breaks is Cafiine and the only one I've found is Wind Waker HD, probably because of the way the ported engine works.

Just to clear some things up:
1. the pyGecko.html is just a compiled version of the code handler
2. to run pyGecko just start a python shell and import all the libraries from tpcgeco.py,, from there you can start doing stuff. You don't have to actually run one of the scripts

EDIT: If you're still confused: I updated my thread

Strange I was trying SM3DW last night but it would not connect via the gecko but when I booted NSMBU up it connected no problems?. ehm  Anyway just wanted to mention on another good note I am testing html code on the wiiu browser/osdriver and different methods also on the pc with methods and I have now narrowed it down to 4 boots of the exploit without failure and 1 Race Attack following but it will boot back in again after with no problems after that 1 Race Attack popping up! A couple of nights ago it booted 20 times in a row but last night I could not do it again for the love. I am going to do this and find a complete smoother way for everyone else without issues, leave it with me a thread will come very soon but I want to try and narrow it down to a few more boots at least which its looking very possible! It has to be all run in a neat particular order but it is very successful I was on this until uk time 5.30a.m. in the morn. testing but good fun! :)

How do you do that? I tryed to play online mk8 but it dont work because i have the ips blocked. Is there another way to block updates?
I don't block updates either because if I do, it also blocks me from playing online (if someone has a solution for this, please let me know). I only set certain options in the Wii U settings so that it hopefully won't auto-update but 5.4.0 currently isn't an advantage anyway.

I read the IP address blocking guide and pretty sure you have to be on the latest firmware to play online.
Not true. I'm on 5.4.0 right now and online works. Also, when I was on 5.3.2 and 5.4.0 was out I could still play online. Somebody else said the same thing. Now I'm not sure if 5.3.2 still can go online or not since 5.5.0 is out.

I'm pretty sure if you're on the latest game version, you can get online if the game will boot without bitching about updates. Someone said about using wj44's remove update thing and uwizard, but that's not gotten me anywhere with Smash

Yes, I use a fritz!box too and @H93 wrote me this tip in a private message just now. When a game is loaded, the Wii U won't do a system update. It's not supported it says when you try to change the download settings so I guess it's a safe way.
