Anybody know why extended memory games like SSBB and MH still don't work on O3DS?

That is a known issue. Use last release on the github.

Latest build is up in my repo now. Seems like they have reverted the "fix" that made it not boot on o3ds. Will try soon. Feel free to try you too.

This was already discussed probably, but I can't find the post, so: is there a way to open .cias' manuals? When I tap on "Manual" button, my 3DS returns an error message and gets back to Home (in emuNAND, not even tried in sysNAND). I'm running rxTools 07-20-2015 beta version on a 4.1 sysNAND-9.9 emuNAND O3DS.

Are you on Old 3DS, if yes put firmware.bin onto rxtools/system/ folder not on the root of your SD.
On new 3DS i don't know.

So I just need to download the latest beta and overwrite .dat and rxTools folder? Is there any drawback on O3DS?

I did that, it still goes to the Data Suite each time. And yeah I'm on O3DS

This used to happen on my console, too. Resolved overwriting rxTools folder and fw.bin with a later version (I don't actually know if that fixed the issue, but it's worth trying).

Can I use rxTools.dat from stable package rxTools_2015-07-12 to use any unstable, like the ones @Orkna has in the signature?

Also, are these "unstable" releases full? I mean, will them work as an entire release for a fresh install (except for rxTools.dat and slot0x25KeyX.bin)?

Save your firmware.bin.
Remove or change name on the existing rxTools folder.
REMOVE rxTools.dat and forget everything about it.
Download the latest build here: https://bit.ly/rxTools-unstable
Extract the new rxTools-folder to your SD-card. Put firmware.bin in SD:/rxTools/system/

Done. Update your .nds or how you choose to boot.

Forget rxTools.dat. It's gone. Not used anymore. Download from my link and read IMPORTANT.txt and rxTools.dat.README.txt in the zip.
It's a full install yes. You need to add firmware.bin and slot0x..... if you need it.

Look inside the latest archive or Git repro there's a readme taht explain anything.
