There should be a sticky thread in sections where a lot of threads come up asking similar questions, like "Can I downgrade from 9.9?" where only one reply is needed, then the thread can go. We should have a thread in each section where people can PM one of the users listed to ask the question and avoid making a thread where only one reply is needed, and then it's done. Maybe in 3DS Flashcarts & CFW sections, some Wii sections, DS sections, and eventually Wii U.
