Hacking WiiConnect24 and Wii Shop Channel service is not currently being offered

Hi!

I got some problems with WiiConnect24.
Can You help me?
Priiloader hacks all off,
Country set to UK(tried with Germany, couldnt find Canada or USA)

Cant access shop channel.

Any help?

Shop was not shut down.

As of May 20, 2014, certain online functionality offered through Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection is no longer accessible. The discontinued services include online play, matchmaking and leaderboards for many Wii, Nintendo DS and Nintendo DSi games. For a comprehensive list of games and services that are affected, please checkhttp://support.nintendo.com/servicesupdate. Users can still play the games in offline mode, which continues to offer a rich game-play experience.

Online play for Wii U and Nintendo 3DS games is unaffected by the change (aside from the Wii mode on Wii U and Nintendo DS games on the Nintendo 3DS family of systems). Other online functionality—such as access to the Wii Shop Channel, the Nintendo DSi Shop, and video-on-demand services—is also not affected at this time.

Ah yes, I meant WiiConnect24.

@OP: Is the message in the thread title the error message the Shop gives you when you try entering it? You should try to set the country of the console to Estonia if the flag in your profile is accurate.

shop is the only online thing that that works (i suppose nintendo can't deny when you want to give them free money)

as for the problem with the eshop. i am not sure whats going on, is the wii on 4.3 firmware\system menu?

Yes it is 4.3E and my country is Estonia but with any country i select i have this error

I should mention that my Wii had Country set to Estonia, but it didnt work

Is your country set to the region you're actually in? I'm pretty sure the shop has always been region locked by IP.

Did you run the connection test and make sure your Wii is connecting at all?

Yes, i ran test and it was connected, my real region is Estonia but it didnt work with that.

Router firewalls are all off

Ok I will give a try but my router stopped working and I have to wait
for new router about a month.
