It works fine
How did you get it working?

The `ncchinfo.bin` made with `ncchinfo_gen.py` worked correctly.

For the same .3ds files, `ncchinfo.bin` from simple CIA converter resulted in this error in Decrypt9: "Too many/few entries, or wrong version ncchinfo.bin"

I did nothing special, just copied the .3ds files in the rom directory and selected to generate the ncchinfo. Anyway I use the 3.1 version, not the last one, but i don't think could be for that your issue

I tried with NES Remix, edited header, but when converting it says
"ExHeader decryption failed. Wrong XORpad?"
Any ideas? I thought downloading CIA, but I'd get ban because of header.

Very thanks for release.

An question : Do i need to generate xorpad everytime i want to convert a new rom ?

Is this program can port to mac ? I hope I can use this wonderful software on mac too

DLC works fine with RegionFree patched CIAs, unless you're trying to use DLC from different region. It was explained already.

I knew I have to decrypt .3ds before convert to cia, what I don't know is the new CIAs that I created, is it different from the CIAs I download on internet?
Is it safe to use downloaded CIAs to play online?

"is it safe to use online" is a pretty loaded question. As of currently no one's been documented to have been banned from using a cia online, however that could very well change without notice. As for are they different than what you'd download from the net...probably not significantly, and maybe not at all, depending on the settings that were used to create the ones that you'd grab online.

Thank you! You've cleared my doubt.

Is there a problem using this w/ bravely default (eu), got a correct hash but fbi says wrong size or if installed just boots error.

Tried again w/ another dump(US version). Installed fine but still same "error has occurred turn off power". Rxtool v2.6 Emunand 9.8 US o3dsxl

This is a dumb question but... can I make a region locked DLC CIA into a region free with this tool?

btw, It works great creating cias from roms. Thanks

So this converter was a real gem to find then using the other ones that take a day and forever to produce xorpads one at a time. But I had a question on why does the other converters need to make 4 or 5 more xorpads per game and this one only 2 xorpdads of only so small size. Is the old converters making unneccesary xorpads that this one doesn't need?

Other converters generate all xorpads for full decryption, this one not
