i only think it does not work with games that are cryptofixed?

Those are e-shop games converted into *.3ds format, my program only works with retail untouched and properly encrypted roms.

'.exefs_norm.xorpad' file is mandatory, latest version doesn't allow making region locked CIAs.

Cant convert to Cia. What i do?

Poorly made custom 3DS files are not supported, use original untouched ROM.

no idea. I was under the (maybe incorrect) presumption that hitting up the eshop with any cia's installed would wipe them clean from your system?

flipnote is eshop content, it should be natively packed in cia format anyway.
above, riku said poorly converted .3ds files are not supported. (i assume this also means eshop content packed as .3ds)
why convert eshop content to game card format, then back to eshop format?

Version 4.3 is out

Changelog:

• Added zero-key encrypted ROM support, no xorpad required.
• Added error skip so program doesn't stop converting remain files.
• Added application Major version writing into TMD.

Converting old SDK tools like SaveDataFiler.csu now works as well, you need to rename them to *.3ds.
As always, any feedback is appreciated.

It's an rxTools problem as of v2.5.2.
Use v2.5.1 (I went back to this version for now, it's not RF but just use RF cia's...)

If they are zero-key encrypted, then yes.

No, but converting 'cryptofixed' roms may work, need some testing...
