The Language File issues isn't something that needs to be tested. Region Free is working great on all games I tested so far.
He's doing this for free, don't feel entitled because you made some MODs. If you wanna play Majora's Mask so bad just get a version from your region. Why would you even download something from another region anyway if it's available on yours?

don't use it if you dont like....infact maybe if his work is so shoddy you should go do your own instead of waiting for him to add stuff, changing the image on the file and calling it your own

I can not find the correct directions in the ram
I already asked @cell9 to team up with me to do this

Not really, not that I need to. I am only saying that having all 3DS games downloaded is not something I would be proud to put in my CV.
Also, I lived in Argentina in the 90's - early 2000's.
I know what a slow internet connection is.

Also, I know about the bug regarding language files, and it certainly could be fixed in the future.
But just ask about it politely, help sending your modifications and be patient.
You are just not entitled for anything else.
You are not even entitled for a correctly beta tested version of anything.

Actually ~14.4kbps in 1997, but things have changed a lot since then, today in the city I lived it sometimes goes up to 2Mbps, pfff (slow as hell).

Your complaining about him not fixing HIS work that HE released to us to use for free? Roxas's regionfree was litterally just implemented, and hes been plagued with problems for a while (bricking his 3ds, breakign his wrist/arm or somehting idk) and exams. Dont you think he might want a rest? Just because it isnt good enough for you doesnt mean it isnt good enough for everybody else. If they wanted to play MM that bad they'd go out and buy it.
now i know why devs dont release anything, get shitposts as feedback, smh.

Anyway, thankyou Roxas for this, i made the transition from GW to this because i realized this allows gamecart reaidngs in emuNAND and that makes me a very happy person.

Let him release what he wants to in his own time, I guarantee that he will be more likely to look into things if you don't bug him constantly about it.
