Hacking Sky3DS Action Replay PS Compatibility?

Can anyone confirm if Action Replay Powersaves is compatible with Sky3DS? I heard from some people that some games do work, and some games don't.

Also, is Powersaves REQUIRED to extract private headers?

Couldn't say for sure about the first, other than it should work.

If you don't have access to another 3ds on exploitable firmware - 9.2 or lower, then yes.

Headers can be got Powersaves or dumper, but with Powersaves it is a manual process. Someone was going to make it simpler, however I'm not sure if that has happened yet.

After a little google, from what i'm seeing, you'd have to have a retail copy of the game you want.

I guess you'd cheat on the retail -> Dump the save -> hex edit -> modify template file -> diskwrite to Sky3ds ???

How about just backing up? :/ I'm assuming you can just backup through microsd anyways.
