Suggestion Seperate subforums for vWii and actual WiiU

I allways see so many bumped topics and it´s allways the same thing:
I read it´s title which is something like "Controller Support", "/region here/ on /other region here/" or "Is this Exploitz?" and got to check inside whether it is for vWii or actual WiiU and to be honest, i mostly only look here for WiiU-Stuff since vWii has been discussed to death and barely ever gets any notable updates, anymore.

So since the 3DS H&H has been split into 3 subcategories, why not at least split WiiU H&H in those 2?
I don´t see any disadvantages.

For now, until it's possible to port and optimize it for Wii U mode homebrew (and even then we'd make a new topic probably)

Yeah, Marionumber1 and I have been talking about how annoying it is for a while, but nothing's ever been done about it. Any input Cyan, Costello, or FIX94? I want to get staff involved.

vWii is the sandboxed virtual Wii mode you can boot into, Wii U mode is what it loads when you first turn on the console. vWii works (mostly) the same as a normal wii (with a few exceptions) but Wii U mode we're working on hacking, and it's getting cluttered.

most of the vWii threads are only software related and should go in the "Wii - Backup Loaders" or "Wii - Emulation and Homebrew", very few are related to the vWii environment.
i think only some admin/moderation routing work is needed. and it would greatly benefit those threads because in the current WiiU section many of the readers/helpers dont care much about the vWii ability of their WiiU

This seems like a good idea as well. Can the Wii H&H become Wii/vWii H&H and Wii/vWii-Backup Loaders? Would that work? Then you could specify when you start a thread if it's [Wii] or [vWii] or something. Just an idea.

We probably should get rid of "Wii U hacking discussion." Change it to vWii. The choice between 10+year old games and new games people will want to play (like Zelda) will likely kill the Wii U hacking. Finding a new kernel exploit for each successive firmware update, along with a browser or user space explore will be too hard.

GameCube emulation on vWii is done. I don't see there being a Wii U scene. Stay on old firmware to play with Mario Kart? Running programs that can be ran on PC? I think this idea is good. No need for Wii U hacking.

+1 from me. Even if stuff like Nintendont works on vWii and Wii U someday, i assume there would be different approaches how they work and how they will be installed. So having an area for vWii only and Wii U only would make it better for searching and for supporting.

I currently don't see the issue, we could just rename ALL the WiiU hacking to vWii.
There's less than 10 relevant WiiU subject.
We will probably move/separate the wiiU when there is actual WiiU mode scene/homebrew.

As for vWii and Wii, that's right most of the homebrew are shared and should be in Wii only (like nintendont ! that's not a vWii homebrew and should be in USBloader section).
vWii hacking section should be related to vWii only (cIOS for vWii, NAND dump for vWii ... hey that's all !)
