How to be impatient the correct way:
1. get an RSS reader that gives you notifications on new messages. There's probably a plugin for your browser that does this.
2. subscribe to http://www.gateway-3ds.com/feed/
3. wait for notification without having to mash F5 and pray manually.

I downloaded that app so many time trying to uderstand how to use it but never understood it. I know it wud be useful to be but can't seem to figure out how to do it. Could you tell me how you setup the gateway thing?

Recipes - Add (+ sign)
click the + beside "if"
click the search (magnify glass) and find "feed" (RSS symbol)
select "New feed item"
Enter "http://www.gateway-3ds.com/feed/" (no quotes) as the "Feed URL" and hit Next
click the + beside "then"
click the search (magnify glass) and find "email" (or whatever other way you want to be notified: ios/android notifications, etc)
choose "send me an email"
hit finish

It will email the address you used to register IFTTT
