To everyone that's complaining about it not actually being up yet, that's probably because they're updating the site (or uploading the new launcher firmwares). Why else would there be a post about the new firmware being out if it's not going to be available very soon (soon as in for real soon this time).

The message says that it is available now and can be downloaded from the download section.
I never said that the message was true, but it's not quite the same message we got from the english one, which makes the page highly misleading. XD

Still that's not their official site. Someone else decided to create a mirror of it by translating everything to french, so don't expect news to appear there first...
