Get the Japanese trilogy and change language to English. It works, I've tried.

How can i know that the 3DS have been partially updated ?
I stopped at like 20% of the download.

by looking for new features, like on a 4.x console patially updated to 7.x it would have the miiverse icon on the homescreen.....i think the only thing added that you could check is the theme shuffle feature....but as i said earlier it updates in stages so idk if that wit would of been added by 20%....but worth a look

If I remember correctly the voices also change to English. But it doesn't really matter, there are just a few words spoken in the game like "Objection!" and such.

emuNAND just doesn't work with 9.3 yet. Wait for a Gateway launcher update before updating emuNAND.

No concern.

Don't update emunand via internet. Use SSB to get to 8.1 if you need to create a new emunand. If you already have emunand you don't need to do anything except not update it.

So I still haven't received any notifications on my 3DS regarding 9.3.0-21 and I was able to install Ninjhax perfectly fine on my 3DS. If I keep my 3DS offline when I'm not playing anything like Smash 4 or Pokemon for multiplayer, I should be safe, right?

Depends on what exactly they need to fix about it. Sometimes it's a couple days sometimes it's a couple months.

There was no 9.3.0-20. That last number advances by one for each new update (usually, though it has skipped a few numbers. But it always increases or stays the same if it's a small update). 9.2.0-20 is the one you're thinking of. The last number became 21 when 9.3 came out.

Well, my regular Nintendo 3DS XL arrived today (WORST...TIMING...EVER!) and it came with the firmware 6.2.0
I didn't connect it to the Internet but I'd like to ask you: what do you advise me to do at this point?

The best you can do is just wait until Gateway officially announces something on their main page. That's what I'm doing. If they say the exploit still works, just go on and update. If not..Well then your ***ked and will have to wait months or more before a game comes out that includes a 9.x update of some kind. That also means you have to shell out even more money before you can get your nearly $80 flashcart to work.
