Go to any Pokemon Center and there will be someone waiting for you.

The wondercard does not activate the event for me, I get the Eon ticket, but it does nothing.

afaik (based on pkhex' event flag checker,
receiving the wondercard does not set any flags.

which means it normally should work.

That's Really interesting.
I'm sure you went to receive the eon ticket from the delivery lady,
So perhaps They Really set special flags for the eon ticket.

When I get time later I'll test this ticket on a different save. :/

Trying this... HomePass on my phone no longer works after I updated it, those PC hotspots never worked for me (3DS can't see the hotspot) so I found a way to change the WLAN MAC address on my router.
However I'm not getting any streetpasses yet. I thought that there should always be streetpasses there from the most recent users?
I realize the Eon Ticket might be long gone but I thought I would at least get something

Haven't fired it up yet this morning, but I will in a few. As far as I'm aware, once you get it, you'll seed the ticket. It's not really that clear.

I don't think my Streetpass works with my game. I've tried it multiple times in the Nintendo Zone and nothing. I even tried Streetpassing with a friend who has the game as well and nothing. Could it be a bug or is my game faulty?

If anyone's bored and cycling through mac addresses spreading the eon ticket, I'd be really thankful if you could add my mac to your list:

You can follow the steps in the article here.
search in reddit with #eonticket and you can find mac with it.

There still is a bug in Streetpass itself that cancels passes for your last activated game. Activate Streetpass on something else (I suggest Rusty's Baseball or Swapnote) then try again.

Thanks for that! I used the suggested MAC address for OR/AS from the list there (4E:53:50:4F:4F:45) and I immediately got a StreetPass for OR, checked BuzzNav and there was an Eon Ticket
Might be worth a try for anyone else looking for it.
