I suggest adding some sort of easter egg. Like, typing the konami code triggering something. A silly basic minigame using the animations from the menu somehow? A basic homebrew application with a rotating 3D 3D model... or some secret feature like a calculator or something...

The only issue I have since the beginning is how the water get out of the bottle from the top

You should keep rotating the bottle a little more, so it is horizontal and the liquid can drop.

lets not bring up the fact the volume of the water increases dramatically as its poured

its all good, lets just assume its some sort of expanding gel so the last is pulled out of the beaker with the rest

I read OP, I just didn't think it would be a problem since its name was "3ds Homebrew Channel" in the first place.
