Hello everyone. I have a PS Repair with a fan connector broken. All great, not the worst situation that i have seen. I would like to ask for some help:
- After making jumper wire from the signal point, shall i connect the pin with the small capacitor here using a jumper wire? As i have seen, the trace is ripped of to the capacitor. Please advise.

yes, make your jumper connect to the cap at the end. If you are using small gauge wire, you could make few route in between to give the fan port pwm pin has larger contact area.

You have self explained, the bottom side beeps to ground meaning that bottom side is ground, where the top side is the PWM signal side that originally connected to the 3rd pin on the fan connector.
