Hacking Transitioning to Hacked Wii to Hacked Wii U

Thinking about making the transition to Wii U and hacking it to get all the features of my hacked Wii. The question is - since the Wii U is relatively new, do you foresee Nintendo somehow bricking all the hacked Wii Us in the future or are the hacks secure enough already to remedy this?

Just don't want to buy an expensive Zelda Wii U and have it brick in a year or two by Nintendo being sneaky.

Nintendo doens't brick consoles (hasn't bricked any 3DS yet), but I'm sure they will take heavy meassures.

That's reassuring. I guess I'm paranoid since the Wii U is so new. I hacked my Wii way late in the game so I wasn't sure if there were any big counter measures against wii modding in the past.

Not likely. I hacked my Wii U for nearly a year and it runs just fine.

Not when the hacks only affect Wii Mode.

They haven´t even bothered to block the new HBC GameID for vWii.
