ultrab I LOVE your idea and I agree with you 100% along with MANY other people that this game (Sword Art Online: Infinity Moment) needs to be translated ASAP. I've been trying to talk to people and find out the procedure for rewriting the files and translating the game, but to no avail. It seems to be a rather difficult subject to find a good forum or guide for on the internet, but I am trying and if you could direct me towards somebody with the information necessary to do this I would be greatful and do my best to attempt to make this. ^-^

Well, you're in luck. This is what most of this thread is all about. lol

Read through the pages, there are already some people working on it. Whether they are in need of help right now, that's up to them.

Thank you KameKun ^-^ you are correct, but I am rather new to this site and I'm not entirely sure on how to go about speaking to these individuals about attempting to join them on this project. Any advice?

They post in this thread often, so StorMyu should probably answer you on that, when he gets back. If they do need help (depending on what you're capable of doing for them), you can also click a person's name and then click on Send PM for a private chat. Good luck.

Thank you and hopefully this can get done soon and we'll all have good fun with it ^-^

By the way, Myu.
Let me know if there are any graphics that needs to be translated. I'd like to try doing it.

Just gimme the JP image (and tell me what means xD) and I'll try make an ENG image like it.

Those I can do with my eyes closed. Most dialogue are like in game/ in battle stuff that aren't really long. The hard parts are the actual storyline/side quest that main characters are involved. Those are quite hard because if continuity of certain words and stuff.

On another unrelated note can anybody make me a CTF? I wanna want some Sao in my gameboot lol
i posted the SAO CTF here

I haven't looked at images (well not yet, and I'm not that good with graphic conversion anyway, I'll see though)

Anyway, free again, I'll get some work to tsuna_fish ^^

I wasn't sure if any of you understood the menu so, thanks tsuna_fish for the translation:

Obviously there's more, but I don't like to show "just some english" so, when more will be translated, we'll show.

The phat model had amazingly loud speakers tho.

@Jayro, I don't see whats so special about the DS ML, its just a DS lite in a phat shell. At least the phat model had louder speakers, whereas the lite has a much better screen.

They probably said "Hey, why not we combine the two together and make a 'new' DS to sell".

It's a DS Lite in a slightly bigger DS Lite shell.

    It's not a Nintendo / iQue official product, it's a 3rd party custom.

Nothing special about it other than it's more comfortable than the Lite

@SylverReZ if you could find a v5 DS ML you would have the best of both worlds since the v5 units had the same backlight brightness levels as the DS Lite unlockable with flashme

    but that's a long shot

i think only the red mario kart edition phat was v5
  • BigOnYa @ BigOnYa:
A woman with no arms and no legs was sitting on a beach. A man comes along and the woman says, "I've never been hugged before." So the man feels bad and hugs her. She says "Well i've also never been kissed before." So he gives her a kiss on the cheek. She says "Well I've also never been fucked before." So the man picks her up, and throws her in the ocean and says "Now you're fucked."

anyways, we need to re-normalize physical media

if i didn't want my games to be permanent, then i'd rent them

  • BigOnYa @ BigOnYa:
Agreed, that why I try to buy all my games on disc, Xbox anyways. Switch games (which I pirate tbh) don't matter much, I stay offline 24/7 anyways.
  • AncientBoi @ AncientBoi:
    I don't pirate them, I Use Them :mellow:. Like I do @BigOnYa 's couch :tpi::evil::rofl2:

  • cearp @ cearp:
@BakerMan - you can still "own" digital media, arguably easier and better than physical since you can make copies and backups, as much as you like.

    The issue is DRM
  • cearp @ cearp:
You can buy drm free games / music / ebooks, and if you keep backups of your data (like documents and family photos etc), then you shouldn't lose the game. but with a disk, your toddler could put it in the toaster and there goes your $60

    :rofl2:
  • cearp @ cearp:
still, I agree physical media is nice to have. just pointing out the issue is drm
  • rqkaiju2 @ rqkaiju2:
i like physical media because it actually feels like you own it. thats why i plan on burning music to cds
