Now I've only played a few small games of truth or dare and such, but last I checked this kind of thing didn't involve climbing on each others backs (until you hit a certain age) or dancing (unless you're ender a certain age).

So this isn't "spin the bottle" as we normally know it. The site outlines the spinning is just to determine which pairs play which minigames.

Laugh all you want, it was no joke though. 1) I have very few friends to play such a game with. 2) I think it would be great. A game that "forces" you to do stuff with eachother is actually helping people do stuff together. Just like getting close to eachother during a game of twister. Normally it wouldn't be alright, but with your hands on some coloured dots it is! And spinning a bottle (or truth-or-daring) and someone say "do xyz" people sometimes tend to go "naaaah". But if some electronic device (or if some printed playing card or whatever) say it, people goes with the flow.

Sooooo, you place the WiiU pad on the floor (or table,) and you and your friends sit around it while spinning a "bottle" on the WiiU pad's touch screen? Seems a bit silly; but on the other hand, it addresses the issue of "who gets to use the WiiU pad for this game" conundrum. NOBODY GETS TO USE IT! EVERYONE GRAB A WIIMOTE! THE WIIU PAD IS THE SPINNER! Interesting concept; might have future applications.
